The Château’s Wines

This ancient castle was established in the 11th century on the banks of the Aude river. In the 15th century it was converted to a surveillance tower and used as a strategic point to transmit messages from one fortress to another. The Tour de Montrabech is surrounded by a terroir where olive trees and vineyards blend producing unique Mediterranean wines.

The most spontaneous

The selection of L’Olivier de Montrabech is a nod to the nearby olive grove bordering the vineyards. Part of the development of the eco-system, the olives mix their fresh and fruity scent with those of the nearby grapes. The wines are focused on delicate, fruity notes and supported by a pleasant floral freshness.
